Delve into colorful monoprinting with Nantucket’s nature, direct painting,stenciling and stamping techniques.
This workshop explores fundamental elements of pattern and design layouts while discovering and creating your own personal motifs and ornamentation.

    You will capture the glorious presence of your garden’s flowers and the nature that surrounds you as well as the familiar and generational memory imagery in your own life, enabling your personal designs to emerge. 

     

    Discover beautiful, often surprising symbols, decorative motifs and designs. Your personal motifs and designs and these simple, yet exciting, techniques may find their way into your existing personal creativity, crafts, embroidery, quilting or find new expression in your home surfaces… cloth, furniture, wood, walls, and in your garden that surrounds you.
