This 4 hour workshop will include a demonstration of carving, inking techniques, independent work time and discussion. You will come away with an understanding of the tools, techniques, and processes of printmaking using linoleum blocks.

Found, rescued and upcycled materials are given new life in this 3D assemblage which draws its inspiration from the timeless and sentimental gifts brought home by Nantucket’s 19th century sea voyagers for their loved ones! Bring your tidbits or scavenge from a collection of odds and ends supplied by the instructor and NISDA. Art materials provided by NISDA.
