Designed to be a boost for your mind, body and creative spirit, this three-day course will start with a gentle yoga and guided meditation session, then we will move to the art table to discuss ten positive emotions that have been proven to offset stress. We will then explore some simple multi-media journaling practices that will help you access more positive emotions every day.
Journal and art supplies are provided by NISDA. We suggest to bring any favorite art materials as well. Please dress in comfortable clothing.
